These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ezzy Rider and Ezzy Driver mobile applications. By accessing or using our apps, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the applications.
Ezzy Rider and Ezzy Driver provide a digital platform that connects passengers with independent drivers for transportation services.
We do not provide transportation services ourselves. Drivers are independent service providers.
To use our services, users must:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
Be responsible for activities conducted through their account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
Drivers using Ezzy Driver must:
Hold a valid driver’s license
Provide accurate vehicle and identity information
Maintain their vehicle in safe operating condition
Follow all local transportation laws and regulations
Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension.
Passengers using Ezzy Rider agree to:
Provide accurate pickup and drop locations
Behave respectfully toward drivers
Pay the applicable fare for completed rides
Drivers agree to:
Accept rides responsibly
Arrive at pickup locations on time
Complete rides safely and professionally
Ride fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable pricing policies.
Payments may be made through available payment methods within the app.
Any applicable service fees may be charged by the platform.
Both riders and drivers may cancel rides when necessary.
However, excessive cancellations may lead to temporary suspension or penalties according to platform policies.
Users must not:
Provide false information
Use the app for illegal activities
Harass drivers, riders, or other users
Attempt to damage or disrupt the platform
Violation may lead to account termination.
Ezzy Rider and Ezzy Driver act only as a platform connecting riders and drivers.
We are not responsible for:
Driver or passenger behavior
Loss, damage, or injury during rides
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:
Violate these Terms
Provide fraudulent information
Engage in unsafe or abusive behavior
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted within the app or through official communication channels.
Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country where the service operates.
